6 Berth
The 6-berth tents have 3 sleeping compartments each
with a double mattress. There is a camp kitchen with
a cooker and free gas, table & chairs, kettle, pans,
cutlery, crockery, washing up bowl and an interior
light with spare batteries.
NOTE: pillows, sleeping bags and linen are not
provided.

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons
To keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of midnight and 7 am and to obtain the permission of the Site Warden prior to parties being held. This includes the gathering of more than 6 persons late at night.
To observe the 10 mph speed limit on the (public) site access road and 5 mph limit elsewhere.
To only, use the campsite telephone for outgoing calls. The site managers take all incoming calls and in emergency will make all reasonable attempts to contact the campers. There is excellent public cellular phone reception on the site, provided by Manx Telecom.
Strictly, no open fires or fires lit in barbeque bases. Portable barbeques are acceptable for cooking purposes but should only be used outside on an flame and heat resistive base.
All rubbish must be taken to the skips and not left on site Please remove all rubbish before vacating the site in September.
Dogs must be kept on a lead in the camping areas and the owner must clear away any fouling and place in the dog bins provided.
Tents, trailer tents, motor-homes, etc that use their cooking facilities must be pitched at least 20 foot (6.1m) apart to comply with fire regulations.
The site must be kept clean and tidy so that the grass can be cut to within one metre of the pitch to avoid any unforeseen damage to tent, motor home, or caravan. All camping equipment must be removed off site at the end of the season.
Food rubbish only is to be disposed of in the waste receptacles provided (situated near the pillar of the disused railway bridge). Other rubbish or any large items must be removed off site as soon as possible.
The shower and toilet block door codes must not be disclosed to any third party.
Only ‘silent run’ (non-commercial) generators are permitted on site.
Children must not be allowed to use the administration and toilet block as play areas and must be aware of the dangers of the road, running through the campsite.
Michael Commissioners will accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to the property belonging to campers. It is strongly recommended that all personal effects are covered by fully comprehensive insurance.Michael Commissioners reserve the right to terminate any agreement if the above conditions are not met.
